By purchasing or accessing any Walmart Automation product, course, mentorship, or done-for-you service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Course materials, templates, SOPs, and software access are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access credentials.
Digital products and live mentorship are non-refundable once accessed. Done-for-you store builds are governed by the separate service agreement signed at onboarding.
You are solely responsible for compliance with Walmart Marketplace policies, applicable tax law, and any third-party terms (suppliers, software, payment processors). We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Walmart Inc.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Walmart Automation, its affiliates and instructors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or account suspensions.
